About ADEA AADSAS
As stated in the "ADEA AADSAS Fact Sheet" on the ADEA website, the AADSAS (Associated American Dental Schools Application Service) is sponsored by the ADEA (American Dental Education Association). AADSAS is basically a "centralized application service for individuals applying to dental schools." This simplifies the process of applying to dental schools for both applicants and schools since applicants complete only one application form (secondary applications are required by some schools) and all are in the same format.
The processing fee for the 2013 AADSAS is:
- $238 for the first dental school plus
- $80 for each additional school.
A fee assistance program is offered for applicants who have "extreme financial need". Instructions for applying are available in the 2013 AADSAS.
The AADSAS is a pretty comprehensive application. Click HERE to see everything you will be asked to give so you can prepare the information in advance!
